Josh and I were 17 and we went on our first date. He had followed me out of our AP English class two days before and asked me if I wanted to go see a movie and get dinner with him. That was a Wednesday and for some reason we had Friday off. I had volleyball practice in the evening so we ended up going to see Seven Years in Tibet around 12pm and then having a late lunch at Friendly's. I remember that I had pretty much eaten my food and Josh had hardly touched his because he was telling me all about this movie idea he had that he wanted to make someday. Josh worked at a movie theater at the time and I had joked in English class that because he got to see movies for free he should share the wealth but ironically that Friday the movie left his theater so he had to pay to go see it at a different one on the other side of town. We also got Reese's Pieces sundaes at Friendly's and they are still my very favorite sundae today. Friendly's makes the best peanut butter sauce with...

Saturday we kept open as our wild card day. All of the parks were crowded so we decided to first ride the Skyliner and go to EPCOT and do Ratatouille again. We didn't fight the crowds to see if anyone famous was there but we ducked around them to go ride Dwarfs Mine Train and get more cinnamon rolls at Gaston's and we rode the People Mover, Thunder Mountain and the Jingle Cruise and then Main Street was op...

Thursday we woke up and had a great breakfast at our hotel cafeteria (I love the dining plan and how easy it makes eating in Disney) and then we went to EPCOT for the day. Our hotel is on the Skyliner so we hopped on it and rode our way to the park, which is great. We started in France and riding the new Ratatouille ride since the line wasn't too long. It was cute; not my favorite but definitely cute and my kids love that movie so they really enjoyed the ride.  Then we went to Future World where we did Turtle Talk with Crush, the Moana water experience (which was fun) and then the boys did Mission Space while we shopped and then we all did Guardians of the Galaxy. I knew it was unique but I was still unprepared for how different of a ride it was until we were on it. Emma and Brandon were not fans and Emma totally cried afterwards but I am thrilled to say those were our only ride tears all week. It is a totally cool experience and so different from anything I've ridden before;...
